Positive: Apartment seems clean and new but electricity switches itself off and on every 5 - 10 minutes from day one. Until we get on the apartment, owner supported with enquiries it soon we highlighted the issues no response, not answering our calls. No blankets in property, over night temperature were low and we were with kids and no support. Living room is next to street and has huge glass wall, all night light seeps through and you can't sleep because of it. Yes you will get new and clean apartment but you can't sleep at all as electricity switches on/off with a strong beep sound which itself is annoying and main switch is 3 building next door which owner shared with a video demonstration but you can't utilise it as electricity switches off and on by itself and doesn't off permanently to use the main switch. It seems great value for money but if I can't sleep at night, can't keep myself or kids comfortable without blankets in cold, what I am going to do with such property. Décevant. Positive: Proximité avec le centre ville de Madrid, 30min de bus. Negative: Pas d’eau chaude, pas de volet, pas de couverture. Pas de chauffage. Le gérant dit être disponible mais aucun retour de sa part concernant notre demande. Nous sommes arrivés il n’y avais pas d’eau chaude, le chauffe eau était débranché. Nous l’avons rebranché et mis le chauffage. Nous avons eu des coupures d’électricité en continu. Pendant 2 jours. Le chauffe eau fuit partout dans l’appartement. Nous avons contacté le gérant qui devait faire venir son technicien… nous l’attendons toujours ! La dernière nuit, tout a coupé. Plus d’électricité toute la nuit. Le quartier lui avait toujours de l’électricité. Nous l’avons appelé, sans réponse de sa part. Aucun moyen d’accéder au compteur général. C’était une catastrophe.

Esperienza terribile Negative: Siamo rimasti un notte intera fuori l'appartamento senza possibilità di accedervi in quanto vi era un cancello elettronico (che necessitava di elettricità per funzionare) ma il contatore staccato. Per una notte intera abbiamo cercato di contattare l'host senza mai ricevere risposta o indicazioni su come risolvere il problema o accedere all'appartamento. Qualche giorno prima l'host informava di essere disponibile 24/7 per le questioni urgenti ma cosi non è stato. Morale della favola: una notte intera per strada e al freddo. Esperienza terribile che ha rovinato un'intera vacanza. L'host si è fatto vivo alle 10 del giorno successivo chiedendo scusa e facendoci la "cortesia" di lasciare l'appartamento alle 12 anziché alle 11. Si rifiuta infine di effettuare un rimborso rimandando tutto a Booking. Trattamento ingiustificabile. Sconsigliato!

Positive: El apartamento estaba bien. Tranquilidad a la hora de descansar. No habia ruidos Negative: La sugerencia para el Sr. Rodrigo es revisar la potencia de luz pues en la noche viendo la tele y calentandose el termo se iba y venía la luz. Aunque se lo comunique a la propiedad, y lo revisaron, al dia siguiente volvió a suceder.
